Our story began freshman year at Ole Miss, where fate had already been at work behind the scenes! Cole happened to be not only my brother Calvin’s fraternity brother, but also his college roommate and close friend. This sweet connection gave us the chance to build a genuine friendship from the very beginning!

Even after Cole moved to Murray, Kentucky, we stayed in touch—never fully drifting apart! It wasn’t until senior year, during the excitement of Grove season, that everything changed! Being the southern gentleman he is, Cole asked Calvin’s permission to come back to Oxford and take his sister on a date, and from that moment forward, our love story truly began!

What followed was a love story that had been quietly unfolding all along. Through every twist and turn, the Lord’s perfect timing has been undeniable. From college friends to lifelong partners, our journey has been one full of joy, laughter, and love.
